Welcome to The Mix 96 Day Challenge!
 
Register here to join the Mix 96 Day Challenge. The goal of this campaign is to help you make small, sustainable changes to improve your overall health and the health of your family. We hope that you’ll focus on improving overall fitness, nutrition and general health. We hope that you’ll adopt one small change that you can sustain for 96 days and make a permanent part of your healthier lifestyle.

Please share your 96 Day Challenge goal with us here, so that we can see what you hope to accomplish and adjust the Challenge parameters and messages to help motivate and encourage you.

Each week, we’ll draw random winners to receive weekly prizes, too! (Contest ends 12/28/12)
